What is Obesity
Obesity defined as the condition when a person’s weight is 10 percent or more above the ideal weight (see below table). This is in relation to his height, sex, and age and frame size. It is the weight, which statistically gives the individual his longest life expectancy. When in the body, the fatness deposits more than the necessity, then it becomes over weight. This leads to sluggishness of all his activities. This state becomes more prone to various diseases.
Causes

- Intake of tomatoes daily during breakfast for a couple of months is sure remedy for obesity. This results to the reduction of weight
Precautions
1. Fasting with only fresh fruit juices for at least a week
2. Relying on a complete fruit diet afterwards
3. Well balanced diet of fruits and vegetables
4. Avoid fat foods like butter, ghee, chocolates, cream, and sweetmeat
5. Avoid all kinds of soft drinks. Drinking coconut water is the safest soft drink in the world
6. Recommend steam bath, sauna bath, and heavy massage
7. Walking and swimming are very essential to reduce weight
8. Daily intake of green tea is a quick answer to maintain your weight within limits. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons dry natural tea in a cup of cooking water. This should be taken in at least three servings a day
